Soitaab has expanded its presence in the North American market with the opening of its new U.S. headquarters in Lombard, Ill.The facility houses a demo lab with new machines and stocks spare parts for all machines manufactured by the company. From this location, Soitaab provides all support and service activities for the North American market, including installation, training, machine retrofits, and long-term customer support.The company also recently opened a 183,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing center in Milan, Italy. The new facility includes a permanent machine showroom that offers cutting demonstrations, product training, or material testing.The company is a provider of sheet metal cutting and processing equipment, including plasma, oxyfuel, waterjet, and laser cutting, under the brand names Lineatech, Plasmatech, and Watertech.
