The automation of the process for this line, for feeding a hydraulic stamping and cutting press was done solely by the experts at Dreher. This had for the customer the great advantage that there was only one interface between press and Automation. To ensure the smooth operation, the complete line was first assembled and put into operation at Dreher. The entire system was provided with two separate electrical controls, one for the cut-to-length line and the second for the control of the press automation.
